The website at tarteelglobal.com and related digital services are operated by Tarteel Learning Ventures LLC, doing business as Tarteel Global ("Tarteel," "us," or "we"). Access and use of the Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

We may amend, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any revisions will become effective the first time you access or use the Service after such changes are posted.

The Service allows users to access 1-on-1 online academic tutoring and related educational tracking software. Tarteel Global may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, make improvements to, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently.

Subject to these Terms, Tarteel Global grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal educational use. You shall not:

• Copy the Services or any part, feature, function, or user interface thereof.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems, databases, or networks.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering methods to obtain Service Content.
• Reverse engineer the Services.

In connection with registering for the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during the onboarding process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account security.
• Promptly update any registration information to keep it accurate and current.
• Be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account.

All financial transactions made in connection with the Service are processed by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways in accordance with their respective terms of use and privacy policies.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using a Tarteel Global account registered to you. All information provided in connection with a purchase must be accurate, complete, and current.

In no event will Tarteel Global be responsible for the actions or inactions of any third-party payment processor, including system downtime or payment service outages.

If you purchase an auto-renewing periodic tutoring subscription, your account will be billed continuously until you terminate it. Your subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period after each initial subscription period.

Because our educational services require the advance scheduling and commitment of our global tutoring staff, all payments are final and non-refundable.

In the event that you close your account voluntarily, or Tarteel Global suspends your use of the Service due to a violation of these Terms, you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused class credits.

You may stop using our Services at any time by canceling your active subscriptions. We reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time at our discretion and without notice if you are not complying with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarteel Global, its affiliates, suppliers, and distributors make no warranties, either express or implied, about the services. The services are provided "AS IS" and we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tarteel Learning Ventures LLC and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and successors from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, and damages whatsoever, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service.

All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, software, and their selection and arrangement, are the proprietary property of Tarteel Global. "Tarteel Global" and all associated logos are trademarks of Tarteel Learning Ventures LLC.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tarteel Global with respect to the subject matter herein. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect.
