This Privacy Policy describes how Tarteel Global ("we", "us", or "our"), an operating brand of Tarteel Learning Ventures LLC, collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our website (tarteelglobal.com) and our digital academic tutoring services. By accessing our site or enrolling in our 1-on-1 educational programs, you accept this Privacy Policy.

We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information" to operate our web application and facilitate educational services.

Non-Personal Information

Includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, and browser preferences.

Personal Information

Includes demographic information you provide (such as parent and student names, ages, and educational requirements), contact details (email addresses and phone numbers), IP addresses, and Device IDs when you create an account or book a trial session.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

While our tutoring services are utilized by students under the age of 13, our Site and account creation processes are strictly directed at parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information directly from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a minor has submitted information independently without consent, we will delete that information immediately.

Payment Processing and Financial Data (PCI Compliance)

To ensure the highest level of security and compliance with international banking standards, we do not collect, process, or store raw credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

All payment transactions are securely processed through fully PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Your financial data is handled directly by these processors, who are obligated to protect your confidentiality.

  • To create and maintain your family account and student profiles (Art. 6b GDPR, contract fulfillment).
  • To facilitate 1-on-1 live tutoring sessions and track attendance and academic progress.
  • To process your subscriptions, issue invoices, and manage your membership securely.
  • To analyze and improve our application's performance and user experience.
  • To send you important administrative notices, scheduling updates, or promotional materials (Art. 6a GDPR, consent).

We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to meet applicable legal requirements or address fraud and security concerns.
