The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Tarteel Global is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard yet, though we are actively working to resolve these issues.

We have intentionally designed our website and learning platform to include several accessibility-forward features:

• Semantic HTML: We use structured, semantic HTML to ensure screen readers can easily navigate our content and headings.
• Keyboard Navigation: Most interactive elements, including our navigation menus and course enrollment flows, are fully accessible via keyboard.
• Color Contrast: We actively test our brand colors (such as our core Cyan and Slate palettes) to ensure high contrast ratios for visually impaired users.
• Responsive Design: Our platform scales gracefully across devices, allowing users to zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Tarteel Global, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below:

• Third-Party Integrations: Some third-party widgets or payment processors may not fully conform to our internal accessibility standards. We do not have direct control over these components.
• Legacy Blog Images: Some older blog posts generated prior to our recent accessibility audit may lack complete alt-text descriptions. We are currently reviewing and updating our content archive.
