Because Tarteel Global provides live, time-based educational services, all payments for tutoring sessions, subscriptions, and class credits are final and non-refundable once the billing cycle has been initiated or the service has been rendered.

Our services operate on a recurring subscription model to guarantee your student's dedicated time slot with their assigned tutor.

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your parent dashboard or by emailing support@tarteelglobal.com.
• Cancellation Window: To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
• Post-Cancellation Access: If you cancel before the end of your current paid billing period, you will continue to have access to your scheduled classes until the end of that period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days.

We understand that emergencies happen. Instead of issuing monetary refunds for missed classes, we utilize a Makeup Class system.

• Student Absences: If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, the parent must notify support at least 24 hours in advance. If proper notice is given, we will arrange a makeup session at no additional cost.
• No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without 24 hours prior notice, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Tutor Absences: In the rare event that a Tarteel Global tutor is unable to attend a session or experiences severe technical difficulties, a makeup class will be credited to your account automatically.

Tarteel Global is a digital platform. Successful sessions require a stable internet connection from both the tutor and the student.

• Tarteel Infrastructure Issues: If a class cannot be conducted due to an outage on our servers, communication platforms, or the tutor's internet connection, the class will be fully credited and rescheduled.
• User Infrastructure Issues: We are not responsible for classes missed or disrupted due to a student's poor internet connection, hardware failure, or power outages. Refunds will not be issued for these user-side technical disruptions.

• Account Suspension: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the student's account and access to the platform.
• Dispute Representation: In the event of a chargeback, Tarteel Global will submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor—including IP addresses, session logs, attendance records, and this agreed-upon policy—to represent the transaction as valid.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy in cases of severe, documented medical emergencies or prolonged unforeseen hardships. Any approved exceptions will be issued strictly as platform credit, not as a return of funds to the original payment method.
